Lecture by Mr. Stéphane Kolanowski – invitation
Dr Mikos-Skuza – the director of NOHA Warsaw and the rest of the NOHA Warsaw team would like to invite you to a lecture by Mr. Stéphane Kolanowski, Senior Legal Advisor International Committee of the Red Cross, Delegation to the EU and NATO, on the International Committee of the Red Cross operations and the challenges to humanitarian action.
The lecture will take place on Wednesday, 29th March at 15:00 p.m. in room A3 at 4 Lipowa street (Collegium Iuridicum II, University of Warsaw).
