Dr. Patrycja Grzebyk participated in the conference Protecting the Unprotected. Humanitarian Action and Human Rights after WHS organized by the Institute for International Law of Peace and Armed Conflict (IFHV), Ruhr-Universität Bochum in Bochum on 21-22.9.2016. Dr. Grzebyk presented a paper on Regression in Protection. Recent Tendencies in Broadening the Scope of Armed Attacks.
