The Intensive Programme is the inter-university joint introductory module of the NOHA Master’s Programme. It takes place annually in Warsaw, Poland at the beginning of the school semester for an audience of approximately 150 incoming students.

This year, the IP is organised by the University of Warsaw and Aix-Marseille University on behalf of the NOHA Network. It comprises formal lectures, seminars, group discussions, presentations, case studies and evaluations. The IP brings together lecturers and researchers from the NOHA Faculty and NOHA Partner universities as well as consultants, international experts, policy makers, aid managers, and other guest speakers from NGOs and IGOs.

This year’s topic has been set along the themes to be addressed during the World Humanitarian Summit, which will take place in Istanbul in 2016. Please refer to the attached programme.

As a contribution to the process and for the first time, NOHA opens its IP to 10 students who are not involved in the NOHA programme.
